Job summary

ORR Protection in Louisville, KY is seeking a highly organized Fleet Manager to oversee the acquisition, maintenance, and remarketing of the company's fleet. You will maximize vehicle uptime, manage the annual fleet budget, and ensure DOT and safety compliance across the organization.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize performance, maintain audit-ready records, and drive fleet policies and programs with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in fleet operations, transportation logistics, automotive management, or a related field.
• Experience managing or supporting a corporate fleet.
• Proficiency with computerized fleet management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of the fleet, from initial vehicle acquisition to vehicle remarketing and develop sustainability initiatives.
• Schedule and manage preventive maintenance and urgent repairs to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
• Manage the annual fleet budget and track operating expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing and manage relationships with fleet management and maintenance providers.
