Job summary

Chervon North America, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee all fleet operations, including leased and company-owned vehicles and trailers. You will manage budgets, compliance, and vehicle lifecycles, partnering with third-party providers and internal stakeholders to optimize safety and cost efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and fleet systems expertise to drive improvements in uptime and regulatory adherence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in fleet management, transportation, logistics, or vehicle operations.
• 2+ years managing fleet vendors, service providers, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all fleet operations including leased and company-owned vehicles and trailers.
• Develop and manage fleet budgets, forecasts, and replacement plans.
• Ensure DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, registration, and insurance compliance.
• Collaborate with drivers and managers on maintenance, safety, and regulatory needs.
• Manage relationships with third-party fleet providers and vendors.
• Drive continuous improvement in driver experience, efficiency, and cost savings.
