Job summary

Temco Logistics is seeking an DFS Operations Manager to lead day-to-day fleet operations, driver support, and process improvements in Harrisburg, PA. The role focuses on performance monitoring, route optimization within DOT rules, and strong people leadership to build a high-performing team.

You will collaborate with the GM, Router, HR, and safety teams to ensure accurate payroll, compliant procedures, and a culture of accountability and service excellence across all routes.

• Collaborate with Router to optimize routes within DOT rules.
• Train, onboard, and manage drivers; conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain payroll accuracy and HR engagement processes.
• Oversee inbound/outbound staging and daily recap reporting.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
