Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Leadership experience in operations or transportation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with Samsara or similar fleet management tools.

Responsibilities

• Open and manage daily driving routes.
• Monitor driver performance and route execution.
• Route and balance daily stops efficiently.
• Schedule and confirm delivery teams each day.
• Utilize routing and mapping software to optimize routes.
• Provide directions and support to drivers as needed.
• Communicate with drivers and customers when required.
• Support field teams through hands-on leadership and coaching.
• Assist with reports and daily operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, service, and operational standards.
