Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking a Fleet Manager in Denver to schedule deliveries, supervise DOT-regulated drivers, and maintain fleet compliance. You will work independently, prioritize tasks, and support a safety-first culture while providing reliable transportation services for our manufacturing and distribution network.

Responsibilities include supervising drivers, scheduling routes, preparing documents, and overseeing vehicle maintenance. A CDL and knowledge of DOT rules are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing DOT-regulated drivers and scheduling transportation.
• Strong organizational and independent work skills; good written and verbal communication.
• Must be able to read and use a tape measure.
• Safety-focused mindset with team-oriented attitude.
• Experience in the glass industry and a valid CDL are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers, ensure DOT and company policy adherence, audit logs and driver qualification files.
• Schedule routes and deliveries; coordinate workloads.
• Prepare delivery schedules, bills of lading, trip records and fuel tax reports; manage shipments.
• Inspect loads, review proofs of delivery, handle reorders.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
