Job summary
Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope (OBE) is seeking a Dedicated Route Driver to support our Denver fleet. You will run a dedicated weekly route, perform local Denver deliveries, and then operate a tractor trailer for regional work while ensuring safe load handling and top‑notch customer service.
The role requires a CDL A with 3–5+ years of verifiable experience, strong winter/mountain corridor driving, and the ability to manage two overnight stays weekly. DOT compliance and safety take priority.
Qualifications
- CDL Class A license required.
- 3–5+ years verifiable Class A driving experience.
- Strong winter/mountain corridor driving experience.
- Able to manage two overnight stays weekly.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Able to read delivery schedules and product measurements.
- Compliant with all DOT requirements and safety standards.
- Reliable, professional and safety‑m first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Run a dedicated weekly route.
- Complete local Denver deliveries on Mondays and Tuesdays (straight truck).
- Operate a tractor trailer Wednesday–Friday for the regional route.
- Perform loose delivery of glass and metal products (no Moffett).
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Ensure safe load securement and DOT compliance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stop.
