Job summary

Aranda Industries in Houston, TX seeks a proactive Fleet Operations Assistant to help with daily tracking, maintenance, and administration of the company fleet and machinery. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of fleet management, strong written and verbal communication, and hands-on experience with GPS tracking and MS Office.

Experience with fleet or logistics, asset management, and contract administration is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Education: High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in fleet operations or administrative coordination.
• Basic understanding of construction operations; vehicles, machinery, and job-site workflows.
• Familiarity with fleet management systems and telematics platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Knowledge of fleet maintenance operations, asset management, and contract administration.
• Ability to analyze operational and financial data for accurate reports.

Responsibilities
