Job summary

Bergstrom Commercial & Fleet Management Services of Neenah is seeking a Fleet Management Specialist to join our team in Neenah, WI. You will process monthly fleet fuel and maintenance reports, renew fleet vehicle registrations, and review data for accuracy.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with +/-2 hours; pay is $18.00 per hour. Prior fleet management and Excel experience are preferred but not required, and a positive, guest-focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior fleet management experience is preferred but not required.
• Excel experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong guest-service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly fleet fuel and maintenance report delivery.
• Complete annual registrations for fleet vehicles.
• Review data to ensure reporting accuracy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Process monthly fleet fuel and maintenance report delivery


• Complete annual registration renewals for fleet guests vehicles


• Review data to ensure accuracy in all reporting


• Assist with guests questions

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, flexibility of start and end time by +/- 2 hours.
Pay: $18.00/hour

WHO'S RIGHT FOR THE JOB?
