Job summary

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair and diagnose diesel engines, powertrain, transmissions and related systems.
• Perform electrical system repairs and complete vehicle diagnosis.
• Carry out preventive maintenance on tractors and trailers and document repairs.
• Maximize safety and reliability of fleet vehicles through repairs.
• Assist drivers with outstanding vehicle issues.
• Perform DOT inspections and compliance.
• Operate gauges, tools and equipment safely.
• Maintain repairs for Class A trucks, trailers and yard tractors.
