Aufgaben

• Performs duties in a mechanical shop within the DC Government, FEMS Apparatus Division.
• Removes wheel assemblies, batteries, sparkplugs, and charging batteries; replaces parts as needed.
• Lubricates equipment, checks oil levels, and changes oil/filters.
• Inspects belts, wiring, and engine components for wear.
• Operates light vehicles within the garage and between facilities.
• Assists higher grade mechanics with checks and adjustments; uses the computer for work orders.
