Ruppert Landscape seeks a Mechanic to maintain and service our diverse fleet, including diesel/gas trucks, mowers, and two-cycle equipment. You will keep vehicles safe, reliable, and ready for use, working within a team-oriented shop in Chantilly, VA.

Qualifikationen

• Safety-first mindset and adherence to safety rules.
• Minimum of one year of hands-on mechanical experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, especially with gas/diesel vehicles and landscaping equipment.
• Willingness to supply personal tools as needed to perform the role.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform repairs and preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles and equipment.
• Recondition vehicles and equipment per company schedule to meet image standards and safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
• Accurately document and maintain service and repair records.
• Provide exceptional internal customer service, prioritizing efficiency, quality, and communication.
• Assist with other operational tasks as assigned.
