You will perform welding, electrical work, and diagnostics, while scheduling daily shop repairs and coordinating preventive maintenance with other mechanics.

Responsibilities include managing parts inventory, following safety standards, and collaborating with drivers and vendors to ensure safe, reliable operations across the fleet.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in a fleet or commercial maintenance shop environment.
• Knowledge of tractors, trailers, refrigerated units, APUs, and standard repair protocols.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair fleet equipment including tractors, trailers, and refrigeration units.
• Perform welding, electrical work, and equipment diagnostics.
• Schedule daily shop repairs and participate in preventive maintenance routines.
