Energy Jobline ZR in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a skilled Fleet & Equipment Mechanic to maintain trucks, trailers, landscaping and snow-removal equipment for daily operations.

This hands-on role emphasizes diagnosing problems, performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and reducing downtime. A dependable, safety-conscious professional with strong mechanical skills is preferred, with OT expected during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Fleet/Equipment Mechanic or similar hands-on role.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Experience servicing and repairing commercial equipment.

Responsabilités

• Plan and prioritize weekly maintenance and repairs with the Fleet Manager.
• Inspect, diagnose, service, and repair trucks, trailers, and fleet equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance based on schedules.
• Respond to urgent repair needs to minimize downtime.
• Maintain records of repairs, parts used, labor hours, and notes.
• Keep a clean, safe, organized shop environment.
• Identify unsafe equipment and communicate concerns to management.
• Follow safety procedures when lifting, using tools, and handling fluids.
• Prepare equipment for seasonal operations and handle recurring issues.
