Job summary

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is seeking an entry-level Fleet Mechanic to ensure the reliability of a large North American fleet. You will work with independence on PMs and repairs, using cutting-edge tools and diagnostics, including Noregon and Uptake analytics, across cars, trucks, vans, and forklifts.

The role emphasizes growth through ongoing training, a fast-paced yet coached environment, and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Own basic hand tools are required; diagnostic/high-tech tools provided.
• Lifting, bending, reaching and handling objects safely.
• At least 18 years old; ability to pass forklift test if applicable.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work with a high degree of independence performing PMs and repairs.
• Utilize advanced technology and programs including PM with voice app, Noregon diagnostics, Uptake, TAAS.
• Work on Pepsi's diverse fleet including cars, trucks, vans, and forklifts.
• Diagnose vehicle failures, disassemble/repair parts as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and vehicle software systems and work orders.
• Support safety culture by following all standards and procedures.
