Truckway Leasing in Columbus, OH is seeking a skilled Fleet Diesel Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy‑duty diesel trucks and equipment. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and clear communication with customers.

Shifts include options, with a Monday–Thursday 1:30–11:30 or Monday–Friday 7:00–3:30 schedule. The team emphasizes safety, accurate records, and excellent service as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a diesel technician program or equivalent experience.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on heavy duty diesel trucks.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
