Truckway Leasing in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Fleet Diesel Mechanic Technician to join our team. Shifts run 10:30 - 7:00 or 2:30 - 11:00, with responsibilities including maintaining vehicles, handling customer requests, and performing preventative maintenance on trucks and trailer equipment.

The role requires a clean driving record, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided, and the team emphasizes safety and reliability.

• Learn new skills through Truckway’s technician training.
• Pick up and/or deliver equipment for maintenance.

Responsibilities for Diesel Technicians / Mechanics

• Preferred experience as a Diesel Technician
• Must have a clean driving record
• Preferred One year of Fleet or Dealership experience
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Teammate with a strong sense of dedication to the customer and service team
• Self-motivated and professional
