Position Overview:

Coke Florida is seeking a Fleet Mechanic based in Orlando. The shift is from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Tuesday through Saturday.

Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles
• Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues
• Respond to service calls and maintain tools and work area
• Pick up and deliver vehicles as needed

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of mechanic experience on light and heavy equipment
• Experience with heavy-duty and PIT equipment
• Strong mechanical and technical skills
• Ability to supply automotive hand tools (excluding heavy-duty or diagnostic tools)
• Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years

*Major violations include leaving the scene, DUI, reckless driving; minor violations include speeding, improper lane changes, etc. Records are evaluated per Coke Florida guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years journeyman mechanic experience
• Experience with gasoline, diesel, and propane vehicles
• ASE certification and CDL license preferred
