Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Mechanic at our Exeter, PA location. You will perform maintenance, diagnose issues, and document work on our fleet of delivery trucks at our in-house maintenance center.

Responsibilities include parts selection, using diagnostic tools, and adhering to company safety and processes while maintaining schedule and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of related experience required.
• General automotive knowledge needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks.

• Proficiently use equipment for servicing and installing parts.
• Identify defective parts and complete replacements/repairs.

Fleet Mechanic

Exeter, PA

Role Summary

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is currently looking to hire a Fleet Mechanic for our Exeter, PA location! In this role, you will be responsible for performing maintenance service & repairs on our company fleet of delivery trucks at our in-house fleet maintenance center. Mechanics are required to diagnose reported concerns, complete required repairs, and document work completed on all units.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ability to ensure correct parts selection for use during installation or repair on vehicles/ equipment.
• Proficiently use the required equipment for servicing and installing parts as required.
• Recognize acceptable and defective parts and complete replacement and/or repair as needed.
• Conduct maintenance for assigned equipment as identified by the schedule.
• Ability to use computers and tablets, navigate web pages, and use electronic diagnostic tools.
• Abide by the Company policies such as attendance, safety, processes, teamwork, training, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D.
• General automotive knowledge
• Five+ years of related experience
• Can lift and carry 50lbs
• Hold a PA State inspection license or can obtain
