FCC Environmental Services, LLC is seeking a skilled maintenance supervisor to coordinate and oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs at our Saint Augustine, FL operation. You will ensure DVIR compliance, manage PM schedules, and supervise mechanics while maintaining a strong safety culture.

Our team emphasizes safe, reliable vehicle operations and adherence to FCC safety policies. This role supports a diverse, inclusive workplace and opportunities for career growth within the company.

• Coordinates and supervises all maintenance work and repairs, monitors progress and quality.
• Reviews DVIR repairs and prioritizes and assigns repairs.
• Supervises mechanics including coaching and training.
• Ensures consistent application of safety regulations and policies.
• Assigns PMs per the PM schedule and conducts quality inspections on the PMs.
• Ensures safe and reliable vehicles are available to meet operational requirements.
• Manages vehicle assets using vehicle management systems.
• Ensures maintenance shops are staffed and mechanics trained.
• Complies with FCC safety standards and regulations for safe operations.
• Performs other duties to support shop, employees, and FCC.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises all maintenance work and repairs, and monitors progress and quality.
• Reviews DVIR repairs and prioritizes and assigns repairs. Ensures the DVIR process is followed
• Supervises mechanics including, coaching, and training.
• Ensures consistent application of safety regulations and policies.
• Assigns PMs per the PM schedule and conducts quality inspections on the PMs.
• Ensures safe and reliable vehicles are available to meet operational requirements
• Manages effective utilization of vehicle assets – utilize vehicle management systems
• Ensures maintenance shops are adequately staffed and mechanics are properly trained
• Complies with and ensures adherence to FCC’s high level of safety standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations
• Any other duties necessary to make your shop, employees and FCC successful, ethical, and safe

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and Five (5) years of relevant work experience.
