Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Car Fleet Manager to oversee a nationwide fleet of 300–400 vehicles and act as the primary liaison for employees, leaders, fleet providers, and insurers. The role focuses on fleet operations, driver compliance, budgeting, and a proactive Green Mobility strategy.

The successful candidate will drive cost efficiency, manage vendor performance, and contribute to policy development, with limited travel and a visible, individual contributor position.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of corporate car fleet management experience within a mid-sized or large organization.
• Experience managing fleet budgets, operational reporting, and vendor payments.
• Strong knowledge of fleet compliance and driver safety policies.
• Experience with fleet purchasing, leasing, and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a nationwide fleet of 300–400 vehicles and serve as the primary contact for employees, leaders, vendors, and insurers.
• Manage fleet operations, driver compliance, budgeting, tax reporting, and vendor performance.
• Develop and execute the company’s Green Mobility roadmap toward hybrid and electric vehicles.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Payroll, Health & Safety, and business leaders to optimize fleet strategy.
• Support invoice processing with administrative resources as needed.
