Qualifications

• 2+ years in a professional work setting, 1+ years Transportation/Supply Chain preferred.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage high volumes of email and changing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships as coaches and advocates for our drivers across divisions and fleets.
• Engage fleet to support drivers' career success and growth.
• Review daily pick-up and delivery schedules to ensure sufficient hours of service.
• Ensure drivers understand customer and company expectations for freight assignments.
• Route drivers for home time and secure equipment at authorized locations.
• Motivate drivers to meet KPIs: utilization, service, safety, retention, optimization.
• Counsel drivers who violate safety standards and arrange retraining.
• Communicate service disruptions to stakeholders to keep deliveries on time.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to assigned drivers.
• Provide real-time data for load assignments, planning, tracking and tracing.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
