Job summary

CDL preferred; experience in the glass industry is a plus. Responsibilities include preparing delivery schedules, bills of lading, trip records, and coordinating loads.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years managing DOT-regulated drivers and scheduling transportation.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively (verbal and written).
• Must be able to read and use a tape measurer.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers, ensure adherence to DOT and company policies, audit logs, and maintain driver qualification files.
• Schedule routes and deliveries, coordinate workloads, and prepare delivery schedules; bill of ladings and trip records.
• Inspect loads, review proofs of delivery, handle rejected goods, and coordinate reorders.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance programs and ensure all vehicles meet regulatory standards.
