As a Fleet Manager, you will lead fleet operations supporting the vehicle lifecycle in the region. This includes leading the Fleet Operations team, managing relationships with vendors and supply chain teams, and ensuring vehicles are safe, clean, and able to deliver an exceptional experience for our members. This role involves adjusting fleet levels to meet demand, overseeing upkeep, repair processes, maintenance of vehicles, and working toward key KPIs for this function.
The annual starting salary for this position is between $65,000 to $75,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
