Fleet Manager

At Midas, we are dedicated to providing quality services to customer vehicles in the areas of inspection, diagnosis, and repair, utilizing the expertise attained through ASE Certifications and/or years of automotive repair experience.

The Fleet Manager will focus on developing and maintaining account relationships with companies that operate a fleet of vehicles. The primary objective for this position is to strategically grow Midas Auto Experts by acquiring new accounts, maintaining existing fleet accounts to maximize sales and profits, and monitoring the service level execution of Midas retail channels among these customers.

Responsibilities

As a Midas Auto Experts Fleet Manager, you will manage and direct all fleet accounts, including:

  1. Recruit new fleet accounts for Midas Auto Experts.
  2. Negotiate contracts with new fleet accounts.
  3. Develop and execute a fleet account management plan with metrics, reviews, and marketing strategies.
  4. Administer and manage fleet account programs.
  5. Manage fleet account product and service needs.
  6. Maintain open communication with customers and retail management.
  7. Represent Midas Auto Experts at shows, conventions, promotional, and customer-sponsored events when needed.
  8. Follow all safety practices as outlined in policies and procedures.
  9. Lead store training on fleet account growth and sales.
  10. Partner with internal business units to develop action plans.
  11. Collaborate with leadership to monitor performance, identify business opportunities, and implement best practices.
  12. Address customer concerns and revise systems based on feedback.
Qualifications
