Job summary

Durham School Services is seeking a Fleet Technician I in Crowley, Texas, responsible for diagnostics and repairs on our charter bus fleet. You'll ensure vehicles leave safely and on time, working with various systems including brakes, electrical, and engines.

The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience in medium/heavy truck repairs and be knowledgeable in using diagnostic tools. We offer medical benefits, PTO, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years medium/heavy truck fleet mechanic repair experience.
• Knowledgeable in the use of diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical issues.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automotive and diesel systems.
• Perform engine adjustments and rebuilds.
• Complete required safety inspections.
• Respond to road calls for mobile repairs.
