Job summary

A leading transportation services provider is seeking a Fleet Technician I to support school bus operations by performing diagnostics, inspections, and repairs on various vehicles. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of medium/heavy truck repair experience and strong technical knowledge of diesel and gas equipment. Qualifications

• Minimum of five years medium/heavy truck fleet mechanic repair experience.
• Knowledge of major vehicle components in diesel and gas equipment.
• Valid applicable state license (CDL preferred) is required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automotive and diesel systems as per skill level.
• Complete safety inspections and repair sign-offs before releasing vehicles.
• Respond to road calls and perform mobile repairs when needed.
