Job summary

FCC Environmental Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Fleet Technician to repair and maintain trucks and trailers, run diagnostics, and support safety and customer service goals. The role requires 2 years in fleet maintenance, ability to read technical manuals, and comfort with diagnostic software. Welding and body fabrication are a plus, and reliability is valued.

Qualifications

2 years of experience in fleet maintenance.
Welding and body fabrication experience is a plus.
Must be able to read and comprehend technical reference materials (manuals).
Experience with diagnostic applications and software.
Strong attention to detail and dependable demeanor.

Responsibilities

Performs minor and major repairs on trucks and trailers.
Conducts regular preventative maintenance on service trucks, including tire rotation and oil changes.
Collaborates with repair team to diagnose problems and plan repairs.
Maintains accurate records of each repair performed on vehicles.
Responsible for maintenance and safe operation of fleet equipment; ensures DOT compliance
Inspects fleet vehicles and maintains inventory of parts and supplies.
Prepares maintenance reports by collecting and summarizing information and trends.
Maintains a safe, clean working environment and adheres to regulations.
