Fleet Maintenance Technician
Are you the person your friends call when something breaks? Have you spent years maintaining trucks, trailers, or fleet vehicles — whether on the job or in your own garage? We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on technician to join our fleet team.
This isn’t a shop job — it’s a field-based, travel role. You’ll be on the road up to 50% of the time, heading out to our fleet locations and properties to inspect, maintain, and repair trucks and trailers where they are. You’ll also need to be comfortable on a computer, since you’ll be documenting inspections and repairs through our fleet software while you’re out in the field.
We’re looking for someone who’s already comfortable diagnosing and fixing vehicle issues, especially on trailers, without a lot of hand-holding. If you’ve got real mechanical experience and a sharp eye for detail, we’ll get you up to speed fast on our specific tools and systems.
