Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or welcomed.
• Three years of experience diagnosing and performing basic vehicle/equipment repairs.

• Ability to maintain vehicle/equipment records and reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on a variety of vehicles/equipment; lubricate, change oil/filters, inspect systems.
• Repair or replace tires and rims; inspect and service tires.
• Wash and detail vehicles/equipment; keep shop and yard clean.
• Assist mechanics and storekeepers with parts pickup, delivery, and invoicing checks.
• Reserve vehicles, fuel equipment, and collect usage data for reports; schedule services.
