Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy-duty fleet maintenance experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or lead technician experience.
• Strong knowledge of refuse truck systems and OEM maintenance practices.
• Working knowledge of FMCSA/DOT maintenance requirements.
• Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and prioritize daily work orders (PMs, breakdowns, campaigns).
• Supervise and develop technicians to ensure high performance.
• Ensure safety policies and shop standards are followed.
• Oversee parts, inventory, and cost control to stay within budget.
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and KPIs.
