Job summary

WM (Waste Management) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead technicians in the on-site maintenance shop. The role involves guiding daily workflows, assigning tasks, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met during repairs and preventive maintenance.

The supervisor will monitor parts inventory, prepare work orders, and provide coaching and performance evaluations. Hours are typically Mon-Fri 11am-8pm, with some Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of the maintenance shop.
• Coordinates and supervises maintenance work and repairs, monitoring progress and quality.
• Reviews repairs and prepares work orders; performs mechanical duties as needed.
• Monitors inventory and restocks parts as needed.
• Coaches, trains, evaluates staff and participates in discipline when required.
