Qualifications

• Associate degree in Heavy Truck and Diesel required.
• CDL A license required.
• Minimum five years of fleet maintenance experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations for transportation and facility equipment.
• Manage corrective maintenance and safety/compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors and develop equipment specifications.
• Provide technical recommendations for projects.
• Monitor KPI metrics and control costs.
• Lead staffing, training, and performance management.
• Ensure DOT compliance and conduct injury investigations.
