Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Orlando, FL to coordinate, schedule, and audit vehicle maintenance for tractors, trucks and trailers. You will hire, train, and develop technicians to ensure outstanding customer service and operational excellence.

Preferred candidates have 3+ years in fleet maintenance management or 3 years of team management with strong metrics. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential; DOT/OSHA safety rules apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• 3-5 years fleet maintenance management experience preferred, or at least 3 years of team management with strong metrics.
• Must have strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Valid Driver's License required
• DOT/OSHA safety policies adherence required

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign work to meet customers' needs
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of Penske's assets
• Control repair, inventory, and labor costs
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs
• Monitor associate work levels
• Facility management, assuring a clean and safe working environment
• Other duties as required by supervisor
