Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Elk Grove Village, IL. You will lead diesel technicians, coordinate maintenance, and drive a safe, efficient operation while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of fleet maintenance management and proven leadership in a metrics-driven environment. You do not need to be a mechanic, but must manage teams and ensure DOT/OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years fleet maintenance management experience preferred, or at least 3 years of team management with strong metrics.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Tech School degree preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required; strong customer service and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Prioritize and assign work to meet customers’ needs.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of Penske’s assets.
• Control repair, inventory, and labor costs.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs.
• Monitor associate work levels.
• Facility management, assuring a clean and safe working environment.
• Other duties as required by supervisor.
