Job summary

Greyhound Lines, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Maintenance Team, coordinating repairs, preventive maintenance, and cleaning across the fleet to keep customers moving.

You will prioritize orders, schedule operations, train staff, and ensure buses remain safe and on time. This role requires mechanical background and 3+ years of supervisory experience in automotive or bus maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience in automotive, trucking, or bus maintenance.
• Mechanical background.
• HS Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize repair orders and operational demands.
• Ensure buses are safe, clean, reliable, and efficient.
• Schedule all operations to make sure buses operate on time and in exceptional condition.
• Coordinate any repair, preventive maintenance, and inspections.
• Schedule cleaning and all related functions for coaches and equipment.
• Train and mentor employees.
