Peninsula Truck Lines, Inc. in Washington state is seeking a Western Washington Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, oversee PM programs, and ensure DOT compliance across trucks, trailers, and shop equipment.

You will manage vendor relations, control costs, leverage telematics, and drive safety‑first, data‑driven maintenance with KPI dashboards. Strong leadership, diesel tech background, and experience with maintenance management software are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in diesel, heavy truck, or fleet maintenance.
• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Knowledge of commercial truck repair, diagnostics, and PM standards.
• Experience with DOT/FMCSA regulations and documentation.
• Proficiency with maintenance management software.
• CDL license a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage PM schedules, inspections, and repairs for tractors, trailers, and related equipment.
• Ensure all vehicles comply with DOT, OSHA, and company safety regulations.
• Track maintenance records, warranties, recalls, and compliance documentation.
• Supervise and develop maintenance technicians, scheduling workflow and setting performance expectations.
• Provide training related to new technologies, diagnostic tools, and OEM digital platforms.
• Foster a safety-first, collaborative, and continuous improvement culture.
• Collaborate with dispatch and operations to schedule maintenance without affecting delivery timelines.
