On behalf of our client we are currently seeking a skilled and motivatedFleet Maintenance Supervisorto join their team. This role is essential to ensuring that our fleet—comprised of tractors, trailers, and forklifts—operates efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities
·Lead and supervise a team of technicians, ensuring effective maintenance and repair of fleet equipment.
·Maintain the overall health and safety of our vehicles and equipment.
·Prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
·Make timely and sound decisions, especially under pressure.
·Delegate tasks, set clear expectations, and monitor progress.

Required Qualifications
