Qualifications

• 5+ years of fleet maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance team and contingent workers, including hiring, scheduling, training and performance decisions.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and out-of-service assets at service centers.
• Facilitate JSP shift bid process for shop employees.
• Ensure timely completion and accuracy of work orders, including commercial work orders.
• Manage shop inventory and cycle counts within set thresholds.
• Analyze parts usage and uptime trends to drive efficiency.
• Monitor safety, quality, efficiency and maintenance compliance.
• Ensure adherence to DOT policies and standard work instructions by staff.
