Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a fleet maintenance technician responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and documentation for FedEx vehicle fleets and ground support equipment. You will guide technicians and trainees, ensure OSHA/DOT compliance, and maintain inventory using FedEx systems.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, vocational training, and four years of advanced repair experience.

Qualifications

• Four years fleet, automotive or truck vehicle advanced technical repair and maintenance experience.
• ASE Master certification preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs and communicate with officials is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain FedEx vehicle fleet and ground support equipment, including preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, gasoline, diesel, electric, and/or hybrid systems.
• Document work, maintain inventory, and use FedEx computer systems.
• Guide and support technicians and trainees.
