Job summary

FedEx is seeking a skilled Fleet Maintenance Technician responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and documentation for our vehicle fleet and ground support equipment. You will lead technicians and trainees, ensure compliance with OSHA and DOT standards, and coordinate parts ordering through FedEx systems.

A high school diploma or GED and four years of advanced repair experience are required; ASE Master certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hydraulic, gasoline, diesel, electric, and/or hybrid systems and testing equipment.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to read and speak English to understand traffic signs and communicate with officials.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive maintenance and repairs for FedEx fleet and ground equipment.
• Document work orders and order parts using FedEx systems.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and DOT standards.
• Guide and support technicians and trainees.
