Qualifications
- At least 2 years in fleet maintenance or operations.
- 5–8 years of direct management experience.
- Familiarity with heavy trucks/trailers preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead, educate and develop employees.
- Monitor performance and shop operations.
- Plan daily manpower to meet workload.
- Provide support to operations on equipment issues.
- Monitor costs and improve efficiencies.
- Oversee payroll approvals and administrative tasks.
- Ensure safe working conditions and regulatory compliance.
- Hire for shop positions and address corrective actions.
