Base pay range

$53.00/hr - $63.00/hr

Hiring Fleet Maintenance Manager

Position Description:

• Lead a team of mechanics, fabricators, welders, electricians, cleaners, etc. to maintain the current buses and fabricate new buses for various tour products.
• Lead all maintenance, fabrication and asset lifecycle management activities for the fleet of buses across the US. Set performance targets and goals and monitor employee productivity.
• Plan, hire, mentor and performance manage the team to ensure the team is prepared to adequately handle current work and future growth of the business.

Candidate Experience/ Qualifications/ Skills:

• Must have 10+ years maintenance management experience, preferably in heavy vehicle (bus, truck, trailers, etc.) maintenance dealing with fleets of over 50 units.

Wage:

$53 - $63 / Hour
