Mister “P” Express , Inc. is seeking an operations-focused leader to manage daily activities, monitor production across shifts, and drive cost optimization for tractors, trailers, and tires.

You will coordinate staff scheduling and vendor relationships while ensuring company cars and equipment are serviced and maintained. You will also oversee training for new hires and provide analytics to executives to support long-term growth and operational excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required or desired; strong communication is essential.

• Oversee daily operations with GM.
• Monitor parts production across shifts.
• Monitor staff production on all shifts.
• Perform cost analysis on tractors and trailers.
• Track tire costs to ensure best pricing.
• Schedule employees across shifts.
• Maintain vendor relationships.
• Manage all company cars and ensure proper servicing.
• Oversee equipment repairs and provide analytics to Executives.
• Oversee training and scheduling for new hires to support long-term growth.

• Employee scheduling


• Maintain vendor relationships


• Maintain & Manage all Company cars; ensuring they are always in working order and services are performed as required.


• Oversee all equipment repairs and provide analytics to Executives as requested


• Oversee all training & scheduling for new hires, ensuring they are meeting all requirements to grow and work long term


• Maintain vendor relationships.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s’ degree desired
