Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience maintaining diesel trucks and heavy equipment.
• At least 2 years of management experience in a multi-shift maintenance environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all shop operations to maintain fleet reliability, uptime and safety performance.
• Manage and develop supervisors, mechanics and the parts team through coaching, training and performance management.
• Use fleet management software and data to prioritize work.
