Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy duty fleet maintenance experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or lead technician experience.
• Strong knowledge of refuse truck systems.
• Working knowledge of FMCSA/DOT maintenance requirements.
• Experience using computerized maintenance management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of shop activities to maximize fleet uptime.
• Supervise, coach, and develop technicians for high performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, PPE requirements, and maintenance regulations.
• Plan, assign, and prioritize daily work orders and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support skill development programs.
