Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure seeks a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to lead our fleet maintenance team in Las Vegas and Sparks, NV. You will oversee PM programs, ensure DOT compliance, and coordinate with drivers and plant leadership to keep Jensen products moving safely and on schedule.

You bring at least four years in fleet maintenance with ASE and CDL, plus supervisory experience, and preferably bilingual English/Spanish. We’re a growth-focused company with opportunities across Nevada and beyond.

Qualifications

Minimum four years of fleet maintenance experience with DOT compliance.
Supervisory experience in a multi-site operation.
ASE certification and CDL are preferred qualifications.

Responsibilities

Direct and oversee the fleet maintenance department across multiple locations.
Plan and prepare work schedules for technicians and ensure timely completion.
Ensure safety procedures are followed and PM programs are compliant with regulations.
Maintain records for forklifts, trucks and trailers, and monitor repair costs.
Provide guidance and training on proper fleet maintenance.
