Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure seeks a Fleet Maintenance Mechanic in Las Vegas, NV to inspect, maintain, and repair diesel trucks and mobile equipment while ensuring DOT and safety standards are met.

You will diagnose issues, perform DOT inspections, keep detailed maintenance logs, and support drivers with vehicle problems as needed. 1–2 years' industrial experience and ASE certification are preferred, CDL beneficial.

Qualifications

• ASE Certification with 1–2 years of industrial experience.
• Familiar with Diesel Engines, Brake System, Hydraulics.
• Familiar with DOT requirements.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction.
• CDL – Preferred.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Jensen Infrastructure is recruiting a Fleet Maintenance Mechanic for our Las Vegas plant. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing fleet equipment while ensuring all work complies with DOT guidelines and safety standards.

A HIGHLIGHT OF YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL INCLUDE:

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, operate, and maintain diesel trucks, forklifts, and other mobile equipment.
• Assist drivers with vehicle-related issues as needed.
• Perform DOT-required inspections in accordance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inspections, maintenance, and repairs performed on equipment.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate will possess the Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification with 1 – 2 years of experience preferably in an industrial setting. Additional candidate attributes include but are not limited to:

• Familiar with Diesel Engines, Brake System, Hydraulics.
• Familiar with DOT requirements.
• Self-motivated and able to perform role with minimal direction.
• Commercial Driver's License – Preferred.
