Job summary

flyExclusive is seeking an Assistant Director of Maintenance (ADOM) to ensure fleet readiness and regulatory compliance for the assigned Part 135 fleet. You will provide direct leadership, coordinate daily maintenance activities, and drive improvements with Maintenance Control, Planning, QA, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P licensed and in good standing.
• 3–5 years of Textron Cessna Citation experience.
• This is a safety-sensitive FAA role with drug/alcohol testing.
• Authorized to work in the United States with two forms of ID.
• Background check required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance readiness and dispatch availability for the assigned fleet.
• Lead contracted providers, ensuring safety and performance standards.
• Monitor fleet KPIs, RTS times, and deferral management.
• Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to maximize availability.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Control, Planning, and Supply Chain to ensure parts flow.
