Job summary

Penske is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Hazleton, PA to lead diesel technicians and oversee preventive, mechanical, and electrical repairs for tractors, trucks, and trailers.

You will hire, train, and develop technicians, ensuring high performance against strong operational metrics. At least 3 years in fleet maintenance management or 3 years in team leadership is preferred. This role grows into leadership within Penske.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years fleet maintenance management experience preferred, or at least 3 years of team management in an environment with strong operational metrics.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign work to meet customers’ needs.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of Penske’s assets.
• Control repair, inventory, and labor costs.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs.
• Monitor associate work levels.
• Facility management, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
• Other duties as required by supervisor.
