Qualifications

• Hands-on diesel maintenance and heavy‑duty vehicle experience.
• Experience guiding maintenance teams in a union environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with DOT/OSHA standards and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations for a private diesel bus fleet, safely and efficiently.
• Direct union technicians, assign work, review progress, and ensure CBA compliance.
• Coordinate staffing, shifts, overtime, and labor needs within business requirements.
• Plan and track preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs for fleet reliability.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and related documentation.
• Monitor fleet performance data and identify opportunities to improve uptime and costs.
